On Thursday afternoon, April 11, the Institut Polytechnique de Lyon organized an international picnic in the Parc Blandan for international students from the 4 engineering schools: CPE Lyon, ECAM Lasalle, ISARA and ITECH. Under a warm spring sun, the event brought together students from Japan, Cambodia, Sweden, Madagascar and Germany, who shared the culinary flavors of their home countries.
Each participant brought a typical dish from their country, and everyone was able to taste and discover new specialties. From dried fish to samosas, to hummus, breaded cheese sticks, and meatballs, each bite was an invitation to travel.
Lively discussions took place around the dishes, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. This international picnic was a great opportunity for international students to connect with each other while discovering new flavors.
