Institut Polytechnique de Lyon is strengthening its support for the international mobility of its students. Having received Erasmus+ funding for more than twenty years on behalf of its schools, IPL awards mobility grants to students who go abroad for an internship or for studies.
For the past two years, IPL member schools have seen a significant increase in financial aid for mobilities abroad.
The average budget allocated to Erasmus+ grants has increased significantly, reaching an average grant per student of € 2,300.
This increase of nearly 14% aims to:
- Compensate for inflation and the rising cost of living in major European cities.
- Encourage mobility for all profiles by reducing the remaining costs for families.
- Ensure a peaceful academic experience, allowing future engineers to focus fully on their studies and cultural immersion.
Through this investment, the IPL reaffirms its commitment to training executives who are open to the world and to making international programmes more accessible and equitable.
