On Thursday 4 April 2024, IPL, in collaboration with APEC and JOB TEASER, organised a webinar for companies on Gen Z recruitment-related issues.
Around a hundred companies took part in the webinar where the following topics were discussed:
What are the expectations of Gen Z?
How do you communicate effectively with Gen Z?
How do you recruit young graduates?
How do you retain and manage them?
Lisa Drobinoha from Job Teaser and Jean-Marc Menigoz from APEC helped us to decipher the new behavioural codes of Gen Z and to see more clearly when it comes to recruiting these new talents.
