On Thursday, February 6, 2025, 25 international students from IPL were warmly welcomed at ISARA in the student lounge for a friendly evening centered around the traditional raclette.
After a welcome speech and introductions of the members of the international relations services and the ISARR’IVENT student club, which played a significant role in organizing the event, the students took their seats around the tables.
Raclette, more than just a meal, is a winter tradition in France, and IPL wanted to share this custom with its international students to provide them with an authentic experience of French culture. During dessert time, each student presented a specialty they had prepared, offering a taste of their own cultural background to others.
The evening was filled with enthusiasm and good cheer. It was a pleasant and memorable moment for everyone, strengthening the bonds between the international students of the IPL schools.
IPL would like to extend its special thanks to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region for its financial support for the “Accueil d’Excellence” project, which made it possible to organize these cultural and social events, thereby strengthening the ties between the international students of the consortium.
