IPL is committed to supporting the excellence of its member schools by offering tailor-made training courses for their teams.
In this first quarter of 2025, the IPL has offered various training courses and workshops for around 80 staff and teachers from its member schools.
In January, ATOUTDYS association hosted a workshop at ISARA to raise awareness of DYS disorders: what are the repercussions of DYS disorders on learning? The aim of the workshop was to provide keys to understanding DYS disorders and to suggest ways of improving teaching practices for students affected by these disorders.
In March, hosted by ITECH, Karla Estrella from Kingdom Expert led an Intercultural Awareness session, covering the essential concepts of intercultural communication. As welcoming international students is one of IPL’s key strategic priorities, this workshop fits in perfectly with the schools’ extensive internationalisation drive.
In March and April, two training courses on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence will be held in IPL schools: on 20 March at CPE and on 3 April at ITECH. The training, led by Hally, aims to train school teams to identify, prevent and take action against such violence.
All committed to student well-being, the schools were able to share these training courses and benefit from an interesting and useful exchange of practices.
We would like to thank the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region, which is supporting our initiatives under the ‘Agir pour la réussite des étudiants’ and ‘Ambition Internationale’ calls for projects.
