After two years where IPL Summer School had to be cancelled because of all the restrictions related to the pandemic, IPL Summer School is back in 2022 !
19 students from US, Mexico, UK, Sweden and Puerto Rico attended IPL Summer School from June 9th until July 13th.
They could attend scientific sessions in IPL Engineering schools, common French language classes, cultural and sport activities as well as several visits in Lyon and nearby.
The common thread of the program was a focus on sustainable development. Beyond what they have learnt in class, they attended a Climate Fresque, they travelled by train to all the activities organised by IPL and discovered French gastronomy through the lens of local products and partners.
We would like to thank Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region for their financial support (20 000 € through the International Ambition Program) as well as all our partners (such as Crous and OnlyLyon) who allowed us to welcome the future engineers of sustainable development and show them the attractiveness of our territory.
