On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, a group of international students from the four schools of the Institut Polytechnique de Lyon (CPE Lyon, ECAM Lasalle, ISARA, and ITECH) took part in the filming of the renowned “Sorties d’usine” event at the Institut Lumière.
This unforgettable experience allowed the students to mark the 130th anniversary of cinema’s birth at the historic Institut Lumière, the birthplace of filmmaking. Along with getting an inside look at the production process, they were introduced to the cultural and historical importance of this iconic Lyon landmark.
Following the shoot, the students gathered on the terrace to socialize and build connections. It was a special moment to discover, together, a cultural aspect of their host city.
